EXPRESS CORE CIRCUIT

Total core conditioning in this 30 minute class. More than just a basic crunch, you will experience deep tissue abdominal work utilizing a variety of equipment and positions.  $20

POSE METHOD OF RUNNING

You’ll learn to run utilizing the Pose Method of Running. Pose is a scientifically proven technique to reduce injury and increase efficiency up to 50%! We'll help you run faster, further, and with less effort. We'll also discuss program design, nutrition, strength,
and flexibility.  $35

TOTAL TRX®

TRX Suspension Training uses gravity against the individual's own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. The TRX is an original workout system allowing you to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.  $30
