Will Hanson founded Aspire in 2008 to offer an upscale personal training environment focused on maximizing each clients training efficiency and results. As an accomplished mountain biker, canoeist and multi-sport athlete, Will continues to train for his events while sharing his passion for health, fitness and wellness with his clients. His multiple credentials, including NASM-CPT, Pre & Post Natal, and TRX, allow him to create a wide variety of stimulating workouts to a diverse population.
Heather Bang is a Six-Time Boston Marathon finisher. Her passion to maintain a healthy and fit life inspired her to become a personal trainer and help others improve their quality of life. From enhancing performance, posture modification, to helping newcomers feel confident in the studios, Heather has a great blend of education, experience and personality to help anyone accomplish their goals. Her credentials include NASM CPT, CES, PES, Weight Loss, and Pre & Post Natal certifications.
Gary VanCauwenberge sees fitness as a way of life. In a running career that started off with plenty of nagging injuries, he became a Pose Method of Running Specialist. Pose is the only method that’s proven to reduce knee impact by up to 50%. As an avid triathlete, he’s completed a plethora of triathlons, including two IRONMAN races. Gary has his Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Studies, is a former NCAA DII coach, and is certified as a NASM-CPT, NSCA-CSCS, Pose method of running, and kettlebell instructor.
Nate Blue has a long history in rehabilitation and injury prevention. As a certified athletic trainer and NASM personal trainer, Nate has helped numerous clients maintain a healthy lifestyle. Nate has helped several professional and national team athletes return from injury and reach their optimal performance.
Dan Fossa has revolved his career around health and wellness. He is a Physical Education teacher and a certified personal trainer through NASM. Dan uses his expertise and passion for fitness to motivate his clients to achieve their goals. Dan is a local CrossFit competitor
and challenges his clients with safe, progressive training plans
to reach any goal.
